• Multiple High-rise buildings:

• Tower Comprising of Basement, Commercial, Residential and Retail integrated at podium levels.
• Tower Storeys: Ranging between 35 to 55 storeys.

Team: 1 Team Leader + 5 Architects

• Revit modelling
• BIM model QA and compliance checking
• Façade modelling and documentation
• Fully coordinated service drawings across multiple disciplines
• Complete DD documentation packages aligned with Australian Standards

Project challenges

• Maintaining BADS compliance while preserving design intent amendments across three tower types and complex podium levels
• Ensuring all documentation updates were fully coordinated across design amendments in the entire Revit model
