Who has access to my project files and data?
Access is strictly limited to the dedicated team members working on your projects. We enforce role-based access controls, meaning team members can only access the files and systems relevant to their work. No shared resource pools, no access beyond what the engagement requires.
Do we sign an NDA before work begins?
Yes. Non-disclosure agreements are standard practice and are signed before any project files or sensitive information are shared. We treat your intellectual property with the same confidentiality standards you would expect from an internal hire.
How is data transferred securely between our team and yours?
All file transfers and collaboration happen through secure, client-approved platforms. We integrate with your existing tools and workflows - whether that's SharePoint, BIM 360, Revit Server or another environment - so data never needs to leave your controlled systems.
What happens to our data if the engagement ends?
When an engagement concludes, access is fully deactivated for all team members. Our IT team manages the offboarding process to ensure no residual access remains and that all sensitive data is handled in accordance with your requirements.
How do you handle data security for remote work environments?
All team members operate through secure VPN connections with endpoint protection on every device. SentinelOne EDR provides AI-driven threat detection across all endpoints, and MailGuard filters email threats before they reach the team. Physical office access is fingerprint-controlled with real-time camera monitoring across all locations.
Are you compliant with international data protection regulations?
