Paul has 30 years of industry experience in architectural drafting across all disciplines. He brings this expertise into operations to improve leadership, optimise efficiency and strengthen communication.

Tuan has an impressive 17 years experience as a design engineer and has worked on several projects in Vietnam, Thailand and Qatar. He excels in Project Management and Design and approaches his work very methodically.

Van To is Executive Director of The Away Group Vietnam.  Since joining in 2016, Van has led the whole operation of Vietnam Office, her knowledge and experience in working across the business at all levels developing trust and building effective partnerships.

Chau has over 12 years of experience working projects for international clients ranging from rail and public sector to multi-res. He has over 9 years of experience working in Revit and managing teams.

Minh has been part of Away Digital from the early stages of the business. With 14 years of architectural experience in public, commercial, residential and hospitality, she has primarily focused on homebuilding.

Gary is the Co-Founder of The Away Group and serves as the Managing Director of Away Digital. With a background in Electrical and Electronics Engineering in the Building and Construction sector, Gary's meticulous attention to detail and deep understanding of project teams' service requirements have propelled Away Digital to significant growth, earning it an AFR Fast 100 Award.

With an impressive career spanning over 30 years, Dusan has a proven track record delivering award-winning projects managing the process from design, to detail documentation, and the construction phase with wide-ranging experience working on the developer/client side of the process.

Craig spent 16 years as a founding director of Plus Architecture, focusing on great documentation with commercial outcomes for his clients. He now advises the board of Away on all architectural matters.

With a Bachelor of Creative Arts - Film & Television under his belt, James has been creating engaging content and marketing growing businesses for the better part of a decade.

Donald is a registered architect that has been involved in Away Digital since its beginning. His practical approach to training and development means he’s constantly looking for ways for staff to improve.

Kristian is a multi-disciplinary designer with an impressive 18-year architectural career. He has managed builds in both commercial and domestic sectors and is a problem solver with real-world experience.

With over a decade of business development experience within the residential development sector, Tahn has worked with various key stakeholders from marketing agencies, wholesalers and residential developers to build pipelines of opportunity to support growth, scale and delivery of key milestones.

Aidan is a co-founder and director of The Away Group. He is responsible for the sales and marketing functions across the group. He enjoys engaging with clients who are new to the world of outsourcing and/or working with The Away Group. Prior to founding The Away Group, Aidan was a commercial and property lawyer with a firm in Melbourne, Australia.

Kiet was the first of our now 40 talented estimators. Having been with Away Digital in its early stages, Kiet drives the team to eagerly meet our partner’s needs. He has 12 years of estimating experience.
