Solution Architect

THE ROLE

As a Solution Architect, you will be a pivotal member of our offshore team, responsible for designing and implementing scalable, high-performance digital and eCommerce solutions for our clients. Your expertise will play a crucial role in ensuring our clients’ success and enhancing their online presence. Candidates with excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with our Australian internal stakeholders will be highly regarded.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, business analysts, and development teams to understand digital and Adobe Commerce/Magento project requirements, business goals, and technical constraints.
• Design end-to-end Adobe Commerce/Magento solutions that align with Accent Group’s needs, enhance user experiences and drive revenue growth.
• Develop architecture blueprints, system diagrams, and integration strategies to communicate the design effectively to stakeholders.
• Identify and recommend appropriate technologies, platforms, and frameworks to support the enhancement of Adobe Commerce/Magento solutions.
• Ensure that the solution architecture adheres to industry best practices, security standards, and compliance requirements.
• Lead and guide the development team in implementing the architectural design, providing technical guidance, and fostering collaboration.
• Perform regular code reviews and architectural assessments to maintain code quality and ensure adherence to best practices.
• Stay up to date with the latest digital and eCommerce trends, emerging technologies, and industry innovations to continually enhance our solutions.
• Provide technical mentorship and support to team members, fostering a culture of learning and growth.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify potential risks and challenges in project delivery and propose effective mitigation strategies.

REQUIREMENT FOR UNDERTAKER/ YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience (5+ years) as a Solution Architect, specifically in digital and eCommerce projects, preferably in an offshore or distributed team setup.
• Extensive knowledge of Adobe Commerce/Magento, and relevant programming languages (e.g., JavaScript, PHP, React, etc.) used in the industry.
• Demonstrated expertise in designing and implementing complex, high-performance digital Adobe Commerce/Magento solutions, including CMS integration, online payment systems, and inventory management.
• Strong understanding of user experience (UX) design principles and their impact on digital and eCommerce success.
• Relevant experience with Apparel 21 and MuleSoft is required.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think strategically and
  innovatively.
• Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience in cloud-based solutions (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and microservices architecture will be advantageous.
• Relevant certifications in digital, eCommerce, or cloud technologies will be a plus.
