JOB’S PURPOSE/MỤC ĐÍCH CÔNG VIỆC

• Quantity taking off and cost estimation for construction projects

Bóc tách khối lượng  và lập dự toán cho công trình.

 

JOB RESPONSIBILITY/ TRÁCH NHIỆM CÔNG VIỆC

• Contract/construction drawings & specification review for each allocated project

Kiểm tra hợp đồng, bản vẽ và phạm vi công việc cho các dự án được  giao.

• Quantity take off base on provided drawings (Architectural, Structural…etc.).

Bốc tách khối lượng theo bản vẽ được cũng cấp

• Request the pricing from other Departments, Suppliers

Lấy báo giá từ bộ phận khác và nhà cung cấp

• Cooperate with the other Departments to confirm, resolving issues before ordering

Phối hợp với các bộ phận khác xử lý vấn đề phát sinh trong thời gian xây dựng

• Liaising with external Consultants, Suppliers & Contractors to ensure all elements of the project are captured

Liên lạc  với nhà tư vấn, nhà cung cấp, nhà thầu bên ngoài để đảm bảo dự án hoàn thành như dự kiến.

• Support Leader to impart your knowledge, training to estimating team to resolve or clarify design, materials and pricing.

Hỗ trợ Trưởng nhóm  truyền đạt kiến thức, huần luyện cho nhóm để giải quyết hoặc làm rõ thiết kế, vật liệu và giá cả

• Other tasks to be assigned by upper level.

Các công  việc khác sẽ được giao bởi cấp trên

 

REQUIREMENT FOR UNDERTAKER/ YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC

• Graduated from University with major of Construction Management and Economics, Civil Engineer

Đại học chuyên ngành xây dựng, kinh tế xây dựng.

• 3+ years’ experience of working in Estimator role for Australia residential and/or 2+  years’ experience  as Production Estimator with medium density and/or high-volume project home builders

Từ 3 năm kinh nghiệm làm dự toán nhà Úc và/hoặc 2 năm kinh nghiệm Production Estimator với các Home Builder vừa và/hoặc lớn.

• Experience with estimating software applications such as BusinessCraft, Databuild, Timberline..etc, would be seen as

Có kinh nghiệm với  các phần mềm dự toán sau là 1 lợi thế : BusinessCraft, Databuild, Timberline…

• The ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Kỹ năng làm việc theo nhóm, làm việc độc lập

• An ability to work under pressure and unsupervised.

Khả năng chịu được áp lực công việc và làm việc tự giác.

• Excellent time management skills & resolving skills.

Kỹ năng quản lý công thời gian  và kỹ năng xử lý vấn đề.

• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office, especially Outlook and Excel

 Sử dụng thành thạoMicrosoft  Office đặc biệt là Outlook, Excel

• Goog at reading and written in English

Đọc hiểu và  viết  tiếng Anh tốt
